河北省承德市医护人员输血相关知识知晓与需求状况调查

目的：了解医护人员对输血相关知识的知晓及需求情况,为进行输血相关知识继续教育提供依据.方法：采用自制问卷调查表对河北省承德市鹰手营子矿区所属5所医院的医护人员进行输血相关知识的知晓及需求状况的调查.结果：医护人员对输血相关知识还缺乏深层次地了解.检验人员输血相关知识得分高于医生和护士,输血相关知识得分与文化程度和职称呈正相关（P＜0.05）.55.6%的医护人员最想了解的输血相关知识是＂输血不良反应的症状和处理＂,43.0%的医护人员希望通过＂专题讲座＂获得输血相关知识,60.3%的医护人员要求＂加强继续教育和知识更新＂.结论：医护人员输血相关知识知晓率较低,有必要加强输血相关知识培训.

Survey on the Blood Transfusion Related Knowledge Level and Demand Status among Medical Professionals in Chengde,Hebei

Objective： To understand blood transfusion related knowledge level and demand among medical professionals in Yingshouyingzi Mining District, and to provide the basis for continuing education. Methods： The medical professionals in Yingshouyingzi Mining District selected by stratified random sampling were conducted a questionnaire survey about blood transfusion related knowledge level and demand. Results： Medi- cal staff was lack of deep understanding of the knowledge about blood transfusion ; Scores of blood transfusion related knowledge of the inspectors were higher than those of the doctors and nurses, scores of blood transfusion related knowledge were positively correlated with culture degree and the title （ P 〈0.05 ） ; 55.6% of the medical staff wished to know ＂the symptoms of blood transiusion reactions and to deal with＂, 43.0% hoped to get knowledge by ＂seminar＂, 60.3% required ＂to strengthen the continuing education and knowledge update＂. Conclusion： Blood transfusion related knowledge level among medical professionals is low, it is necessairy to strengthen blood transfusion related knowledge training.
