| 摘 要： | 氯硝柳胺是世界卫生组织唯一推荐使用,也是我国目前常用的杀螺药物。其难溶于水和一般的化学溶剂,但杀螺效果好,对哺乳动物毒性低,对环境污染少,是一种较为安全、理想的杀螺药物。本文主要就其基本性质、杀螺效果、毒性、剂型和测定方法等作一综述。

| Abstract: | Niclosamide is the only molluscicide recommended by WHO for use in snail control and it is also the only chemical available in China.It suffers from the problem of being difficult to dissolve in both water and organic solvents.However,niclosamide is more effective in snail control,and less toxic to mammals and environment,which makes it a safe and ideal molluscicide.This paper reviews the literature about its chemical,molluscicide effect,toxicity,formulations and determination method. |
