中药玉芩胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关细胞因子的作用

目的 观察中药玉芩胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)患者的疗效,并通过检测相关细胞因子,探索中药的作用机制.方法 选取非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者42例,随机分成中药组和对照组,中药组患者予玉芩胶囊治疗3个月.观察比较治疗前后各组患者BMI、腰围、肝脾CT比值、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)以及血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、瘦素(leptin)、抵抗素(resistin)水平变化.结果 虽然两组患者TC、TG、BMI等指标没有明显差异(P>0.05),但中药组患者的腰围、肝脾CT比值、ALT、AST均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).另外,中药组患者IL-6、IL-10、leptin、resistin水平较对照组有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 中药玉芩胶囊对NAFLD有较好的临床疗效,其作用机制可能通过调节一系列与NAFLD发生、发展密切相关的细胞因子来实现.

Effect of Yuqin capsule on cytokins in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients
