| 摘 要： | 目的提高门诊注射室的护理质量。方法对门诊注射室发生的24起护患纠纷进行剖析。结果引起护患纠纷的主要原因是服务态度,占37.5%。结论加强护士的素质教育,重视护患沟通技巧,了解患者及家属的心理需求,是预防纠纷发生的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the quality of nurisng in the injection room of the outpatient department.Methods The data of 24 cases of nursing disputes were analyzed in the injection room.Result The service manner was the main factor that caused nurse-patient conflict,which contributed to 37.5%.Conclusion Strengthening the education of nurses' diathesis,paying close attention to the skills of nurse-client communication and realizing the patients' and their family members' psychological needs were the key points to prevent nurse-client conflicts. |
