| 摘 要： | 运用六西格玛管理体系对门诊患者静脉输液滴速缺陷进行定义、测量、分析、改进、控制,使门诊患者静脉输液滴速缺陷率从39.6%降至12.9%,六西格玛值（Z值）从1.76提高至2.63,从而达到预防输液反应,保障门诊患者输液安全的目的。

| Abstract: | Through applying six sigma management process(define,measure,analyze,improve,control) on the outpatient intravenous infusion drip velocity,the defect rate of intravenous infusion drip velocity was reduced from 39.6% to 12.9% and Z score increased from 1.76 to 2.63,which arrived the objectives of preventing transfusion reaction and ensuring outpatient transfusion safety. |
