三维超声成像的切面显示技术的应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨三维超声成像切面显示技术的临床应用价值。方法 应用三维超声成像技术对173例肝、胆、膀胱、盆腔的各种病变进行观察。结果 三维超声成像之切面显示技术提供了二维超声不可能获得的C断面;显示了传统二维超声不能显示的平行于腹壁的额状面的图像信息,如子宫内膜的整体图像;立体定位显示使图像立体化而更加直观;使病灶与周围组织间关系更加清晰。结论 三维超声成像之切面显示技术改善了复杂的解剖及异常结构的显示,丰富了诊断信息并使其更具有客观性和可靠性。

Abstract:Objective To prob the clinicalapplication value of the 3-D sectional indication technique.Methods Using the 3-D ultrasonographic imaging technique for observation on 173 cases of hepatic,billary,vesical and pelvic lesions.Result 1/The sectional indication technique yielded by the 3-D ultrasonographic imaging offered a C section that couldu't be achieved by the traditional 2-D approach.2/This technique offered frontal imaging information parallel to that of the abdominal wall(e.g.the whole picture of the uterus endometrium).This advantage was beyond the reach of the 2-D approach.3/The stereotype-positioned display made the image also 3 dimevsional,and made the observations even more intuitive.4/ This technique had the added advantage of causing the relationship between the lesions and their surrounding tissues to be more clearly seen.Conclusions The sectional indication approach offered by the 3-D ultrasonographic imaging can improve the display of unusual structures of the complex anatomy, thus enrichin diagnostic information and providing more objectivity and realiability.
