| 摘 要： | 冠状动脉介入诊疗术中对比剂肾病的发生将显著增加患者的患病率及死亡率。现对其定义、发病率、发病机制进行了探讨,从患者、对比剂、介入操作三个方面对发病的危险因素进行了总结。
