儿童铅中毒对红细胞CD35影响的研究

摘    要:目的 了解铅中毒时儿童红细胞CD35的变化。方法 选择湖州市某乡接受婴幼儿系统管理儿童 86名进行全面健康检查 ,并测定血铅 ,血铅 >0 483 μmol/L (10 μg/dl)者为铅中毒组 ,血铅 <10 μg/dl为自然对照组。两组同时采用美国B D公司生产的流式细胞仪测定红细胞CD35阳性率和平均荧光强度。结果 铅中毒儿童红细胞CD35阳性率下降 ,但与对照组比较差异无显著意义 ;红细胞CD35的平均荧光强度明显下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义。结论 铅中毒时儿童红细胞CD35的变化 ,首先改变的是红细胞CD35的平均荧光强度 ,提示轻度铅中毒时红细胞免疫功能已受到影响。

Abstract:Objective To know the changes of erythrocyte CD 35 in children with lead poisoning. Methods 86 children under systematic management coming from a town in Huzhou city were selected for a complete health examination and were divided into two groups with the threshold of 10ug/dl serum lead concentration. The positive rate of the erythrocyte CD 35 and average degree of fluorescence were detected by using the flow cytometer produced by B D company, U S A. Results Positive rate of erythrocyte CD 35 in the children with lead poisoning decreased, but no significance was found in the difference with the control group. The average degree of fluorescence decreased obviously in lead poisoning children, with a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The first change of the erythrocyte CD 35 in lead poisoning children is the average degree of fluorescence, which indicates that the immune function of erythrocyte has been damaged even in mild lead poisoning.
