重组人红细胞生成素对非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效及生活质量影响

[目的]探讨重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗疗效及生活质量的影响.[方法]97例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组49例采用化疗联合rHuEPO;对照组48例行单纯化疗;化疗方案均为NP,化疗4周期后进行疗效及生活质量评价.[结果]治疗组与对照组的近期疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05);治疗组的血红蛋白水平、体力状况评分(KPS)、生活质量(QOL)评分较对照组显著改善(P＜0.05).[结论]rHuEPO联合化疗可以改善非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量,但对肿瘤的近期疗效无明显影响.

The Impact of Recombinant Human Erythropietin(rHuEPO) on Chemothera peutic Results and Quality of Life in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

To evaluate the impact of recombinant human erythropietin (rHuEPO) on the chemotherapeutic results and quality of life(QOL) in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Ninety-seven cases with advanced NSCLC were randomized into two groups: treatment group, receiving chemotherapy(NP regimen) combined with rHuEPO; control group, receiving the same chemotherapy regimen only. The treatment effect and QOL in all patients were evaluated after 4 cycles of chemotherapy. There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between two groups (P>0.05), while the treatment group was superior to the control group in Hb level, scores of KPS and QOL(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Chemotherapy combined with rHuEPO can improve the QOL in NSCLC, and has not distinct influence on the short-term curative effect.
