安徽省1296名监狱在押人员艾滋病知识和态度调查

目的了解安徽省某监狱在押人员艾滋病知识水平和相关态度,为对在押人员实施预防AIDS干预提供决策参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,用自制的监狱在押人员艾滋病知识和态度调查表对1 296名在押人员进行问卷调查。结果92.5%的人认为艾滋病病毒可以通过性接触传播,82.3%的在押人员认为艾滋病感染者和健康人一样有工作的权利;仅有57.8%的人了解我国的艾滋病防治政策;艾滋病知识得分与年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、户籍类型及职业类型有显著相关关系(P<0.05);预防艾滋病态度得分与年龄、文化程度、职业类型之间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在押人员艾滋病防治相关知识掌握得不够全面,应加强此类人群的艾滋病防治健康教育和行为干预,预防艾滋病在此类人群中的传播。

The Sucvey of Knowledge and Attitude on AIDs of 1296 Prisoners in One Jail of Anhui Province

Objective To understand knowledge and attitude on AIDS of prisoners,find high risk factors for HIV spreading and provide evidence for prevention and control of AIDs.Methods 1 296 prisoners were investigated using the questionnaire.Result 92.5% of prisoners gave correct answers about HIV/AIDS transmission route.82.3% prisoners thought that people living with AIDS had the same rights to get a job as health people.Only 57.8% persons knew the policy of AIDS prevention in china.The analysis showed that there was significant correlation between knowledge score and age,education,marriage,address,occupation(P<0.05).The attitude score of AIDS were related with age,education and occupation(P<0.05).Conclusions Awareness on AIDS of people in the jail was not enough.In order to prevent HIV transmission,health education and behavioral intervention should be enhanced.
