四肢火器伤骨缺损修复方法的选择

分析了５６例四肢火器伤骨缺损的发生原因，总结了２８例吻合旋髂深血管的髂骨移植的优点及１５例吻合腓血管的长段腓骨移植的适应证和９例肩胛骨皮瓣移植方法的经验。强调指出半环槽式外固定架在四肢长骨火器伤骨缺损治疗中具有独特的优越性，它将成为四肢火器伤骨折、骨不连及骨缺损治疗的首选方法。

AESTRACTS CHOICE OF METHODS OF REPAIR OF FIREARM INJURIES OF EXTREMITIES

he causes of development of 56 cases of bone defects from firearm injuries of extremities were analyzed, and the advantages of transfer of vascularized iliac bone graft with deep iliac circumflex vessels in 28 cases and the indications of transfer of vascularked fibular bone graft with fibular vessel in 15 cases and the exporiences in 9 cases from the methed of transter of seapula-cutaneous composite graft were summarized. It was emphatically pointed out that the half-circle typo external fixators had its unique advantages in the treatment of the bone defects of long bones of extremities fronm firearm injuries. It would eventually become the method of priority for the treatment of fractures,nonunion of fractures and booe defects of extremities from firearm injuries.
