| 摘 要： | １９８４年，参照国际手外科协会确定的七类先天性手畸形的分类标准，对上海市区３１８０６６个新生儿进行了先天性手畸形的发病调查。结果发现，上海市区先天性手畸形的发生率为０．０８０８％，拇指先天胜畸形在手的先天畸形中发生率最高，占３７．７４％。

| Abstract: | In 1984, according to the
criteria of the classifieation for congenital hand deformity which wasput out by the International
Hand Surgery Committee, we had made an investigation for congenitalhand deformity among
318066 newborns in Shanghai. It was found that the inctdence of a congenitalhand
malformation was 0. 0808 percent among the total newborns. The congenital malformation ofthe
thumb was 37. 74 percent of all deformities of the hand. According to the statistical analysis,
we found an one-dimensional regression equation; that is ,Y=-13. 79268459 0. 00108963X.
The equation is usseful to us to find out the incidence ofcongenidtal hand deformity. |
