| 摘 要： | 本文采用心内导管电极对、上腔静脉—心室外膜电极对和两心室外膜电极对三种方式对12只急性心肌梗塞心室颤动的除额阈进行了比较研究,三种方式的除颤阈在除颤成功率为50％时分别为11.00±4.18、6.35±2.18和5.33±3.25焦耳(J);在除颤成功率为100％时分别为13.95±5.38、9.79±5.19和6.89±4.72J,并对其安全性及除颤后心律失常的发生进行了分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | A Comparative study of defibrillation threshold among different types of electrode had been done with intracardiac eleatrode, spring-patch electrode and two patch electrode pairs in canine model of ven- tricular fibrillation after myocardial infarction. The defibrillation thresholds of these three types of electrodes were 11.00±4.18, 6.35±2.18 and 5.33±3.25 joules on 50% successful defibrillation rate and 13.95 ±5.38, 9.73±5.13 and 6.89±4.79 joules on 100% successful rate respectively. The safety in defibril- lation and the incidence of post-defibrillation arrhythmias were discussed. |
