2008年滕州市农村居民健康素养状况调查

目的]了解农村居民的健康素养水平,为制定健康教育政策、干预措施提供依据。方法]2008年,在滕州市抽取西岗镇的南张庄村和鲍沟镇的三清阁村的500名15～69名常住农村居民进行调查。结果]调查500名农村居民,具备健康素养的占11.83%。其中,具备健康基本知识和理念的占22.27%,具备健康生活方式与行为的占10.49%,具备基本健康技能的占24.60%;具备科学健康观的占30.47%,具备传染病预防素养的占21.13%,具备慢性病预防素养的占12.36%,具备安全与急救素养的占25.14%,具备基本医疗素养的占15.31%。结论]滕州市农村居民健康素养水平较高。

Survey on Health Literacy Among Rural Residents in Tengzhou City,2008

Objective]To understand the status of health literacy among rural residents in Tengzhou city,so as to provide basis for formulating and evaluating policies and intervention measures of health education.Methods]A total of 500 residents from Nanzhangzhuang in township of Xigang and Sanqingge in township of Baogou were selected by stratified cluster random sampling and surveyed by face-to-face interview.Results]The proportion of residents who held literacy was 11.83%.22.27% of residents had basic health knowledge and concept.10.49% of them held health behaviors.24.60% of them had basic health skills.In terms of five aspects of health literacy,30.47% of residents had scientific health concept.20.13% of them had the knowledge about infectious disease prevention.12.36% of them held the literacy of chronic disease prevention.25.14% of them held safety and first aid literacy.15.31% of them had basic medical literacy.Conclusion]The levels of health literacy are high among rural residents in Tengzhou city.
