干姜中6-姜辣素提取效率的比较研究

目的:比较传统煎煮法与乙醇回流法提取干姜中6-姜辣素的效率,以优选最佳提取工艺。方法:以6-姜辣素的转移率及浸膏量为评价指标,选择溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取次数及乙醇浓度为正交试验的影响因素,优选乙醇回流最佳工艺;选择溶媒倍数、煎煮时间和煎煮次数为正交试验的影响因素,优选煎煮法最佳工艺。最后选择最佳煎煮工艺和乙醇回流工艺平行进行3次试验以比较6-姜辣素最佳提取工艺。结果:水煎煮法的最佳提取工艺为10倍量水,每次提取1.5h,提取2次。乙醇回流法的最佳提取工艺为10倍量75%的乙醇,每次提取1h,提取2次。水煎煮法较乙醇回流法的6-姜辣素转移率高,得膏率低。结论:本研究选择煎煮法作为干姜中6-姜辣素的最佳提取工艺。

The Comparative Study of Extraction Efficiency about 6-gingerol in Dried Ginger

Objective:To optimize extraction process about the content of 6-gingerol through comparing decocting method and alcohol refluxing method.Methods:The optimum extraction process was optimized with orthogonal design,6-gingerol metastasis rate and coefficient of unguent as evaluation indexes,investigating the influence of ethanol concentration,extracting time,the ratio of solid to liquid and extracting times.Extracting time,the ratio of solid to liquid and extracting times as influencing factors to optimize decocting method’s extraction process.At last,comparing the two best resμLts through three parallel tests.Results:The optimal extraction technology conditions were that the extraction time was 1.5h,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10 and the extraction times were 2 times.The optimal conditions of alcohol refluxing method were determined as follows:the extraction agent was 75% ethanol,the ratio of raw material to extraction agent was 1∶10,extraction time was 1h and the extraction times was 2.The resμLt of metastasis rate about decocting method is higher and the coefficient of unguent is lower.Conclusion:Optimize the decocting method as the best extraction process of 6-gingerol.
