2010年上海世博会创伤患者转运救治情况的相关分析

目的回顾分析2010年上海世博会期间世博园区相关的医疗转运服务中创伤患者的急救及转运情况,为今后此类大型公共活动中创伤患者的院前救治及急救转运提供参考。方法收集此次世博会期间上海市医疗急救中心记录的全部世博相关随车病例,通过对接受转运的创伤患者的性别比例、创伤部位、创伤原因、现场处置方法及转运耗时情况等指标的分析,研究这部分创伤患者的基本情况、疾病特点、现场救治及转运情况等相关信息。结果因创伤需转运患者的平均年龄为42.88岁,以女性患者居多。最常见的创伤部位为四肢(62.17%)及头面部(27.82%)。园区内转运创伤患者的平均耗时为9.10min,园区与定点医院间转运创伤患者的平均耗时为15.23min。创伤患者现场急救和随车急救的各项措施实施率均<20%。结论上海世博会与各类大型公共活动一样,创伤是发病率最高的疾病类型。正确评估创伤种类及伤情,分析受伤群体特点,科学合理的医疗保障配置,规范的现场急救和及时的转运是创伤患者得到良好救治的基本保证。其次,进一步完善大型公共活动医疗数据的统计、汇总工作,取得更多完整的客观数据,以便制定出大型公共活动医疗保障规范。

Analysis of the transport and treatment of trauma patients in 2010 Shanghai World Expo

Objective This paper reviewed and analyzed the transport and treatment of trauma patients in the 2010 Shanghai World Expo,so as to sum up experiences in the medical security in such large public activities and make progress in the future.Methods Excel,SPSS and other office softwares were used to analyze the emergency medical records of the trauma patients in the World Expo park,who were treated and transported by the Shanghai medical emergency center.Several important indicators,such as gender,trauma sites,trauma causes,treatment,and the emergency transport time,were analyzed so as to study the related medical information on patients’basic conditions,disease characteristics,on-scene treatment,emergency transport and so on.Results The average age of the trauma patients who need to be transported was 42.88,with women accounting for the majority.The most common trauma sites were limbs,accounting for 62.17%,head and face for 27.82%.On average,the transporting time within the World Expo park was 9.1 minutes,and the transporting time from the World Expo park to the hospital was 15.23 minutes.The implementation rate of on-scene first aid treatment and ambulances were both no more than 20%.Conclusion Trauma is the disease that has the highest incidence in the Shanghai World Expo,which is the same as in all kinds of large public activities.To make sure the trauma patients get good medical care,we must diagnose patients carefully,analyze the features of the injured group,collocate medical resources more scientificly,and give the patients standardized first aid and timely transport.Although the medical transport of the trauma patients has done timely and well,there are still many issues that need to be improved,such as the collection and analysis of the medical data,formulation of medical security of large public activities,and so on.
