| 摘 要： | 创伤性肺假性囊肿是胸外伤中一种少见的空洞性肺损伤的特殊类型,可见于钝性胸外伤及穿刺性肺损伤,发病机制较为复杂,多见于年轻伤者。创伤性肺假性囊肿多可自愈,仅部分需外科治疗。本文对其发病机制、临床表现、诊断、并发症、治疗及其预后进行综述。

| Abstract: | Traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst（TPPs） is an uncommon complication after blunt or penetrating chest trauma,which is more common in younger patients.Its pathogenesis is complex.Traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst usually heals spontaneously but sometimes may require surgery.This paqper reviews its pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,complication,treatment and prognosis. |
