自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者应用不同输血治疗的临床疗效观察

目的 分析自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者应用不同输血治疗的临床疗效。方法 120例自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组40例。A组患者选择洗涤红细胞进行输血。B组患者选择辐射、悬浮红细胞进行输血。C组患者则在输注洗涤红细胞的基础上联合进行血浆置换。比较三组患者治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果 C组患者治疗总有效率95.0%均高于A组的77.5%和B组的80.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和B组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对自身免疫性贫血患者采用不同的方式进行输血均能起到一定的干预效果,但临床应用效果最佳的输血方式为洗涤红细胞输注联合血浆置换,值得在临床推广。

Observation on clinical efficacy of different blood transfusions in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different blood transfusions in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in group A received washed red blood cell for blood transfusion,patients in group B received radiation and suspended red blood cells for blood transfusion,and patients in group C received plasma exchange based on the infusion of washed red blood cells.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.0%of group C was higher than that of group A 77.5%and group B 80.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between group A and group B(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different methods of blood transfusion all have some intervention effects in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia,but the best transfusion method is washed red blood cell infusion combined with plasma exchange,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
