| 摘 要： | 目的:观察在西医治疗基础上应用针刺加音乐可编程电针仪治疗基底节性失语的疗效。方法:将54例基底节性失语患者随机分成2组,治疗组29例在西医治疗基础上联合针刺加音乐可编程电针仪治疗,对照组25例单纯西医治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组自发谈话、言语理解、复述、命名评分较治疗前显著增加(P<0.001);总体疗效治疗组愈显率优于对照组,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.005) 结论:在西医治疗基础上配合针刺加音乐可编程电针仪治疗基底节性失语疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: Based on the Treatment of western medicine, the curative effect of acupuncture and programmed musical electro - acupuncture apparatus (PME) for basal segmental aphasia (BSA) was observed. Methods: 54 cases of BSA were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (29 cases) was treated by acupuncture and RMK other than western medicine (WM), and control group (25 cases) by WM alone. Results: Alter treatment, the scorings of spontaneous talking, understanding ol speaking, retelling and nomenclature were markedly increased in treatment group ( P < 0. 001). The total curative effect of treatment group was much higher than control group ( P < 0. 005) . Conclusion: For BSA, WM added with acupuncture and PME in superior to that of WM alone. |
