| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人高血压和高尿酸血症的患病率及其关联性。方法百色市对14 392名成年人的血压和血尿酸(UA)资料进行分析。结果高血压患病率为18.2%(男性23.7%,女性12.2%),除70岁~组外,男性高于女性(P0.01或P0.05);血尿酸增高患病率10.1%(男性5.5%,女性15.2%),女性高于男性(P0.01);高尿酸血症患病率12.0%(男性11.8%,女性12.3%),男女性差异无统计学意义(P0.05);男性除70岁~组,不同年龄组高血压患者UA平均值高于非高血压患者(P0.01),而女性只有20岁~组和70岁~组高血压患者UA平均值高于非高血压者,其余各组UA水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05),女性40岁~组高血压患者其UA平均值低于非高血压患者(P0.01)。结论男性高血压患病率高于女性,女性血尿酸增高患病率高于男性;男性高血压患者UA平均值高于非高血压者;女性高血压患者的UA水平在不同年龄中的变化有特殊意义。
