鹌鹑高尿酸血症中医证候学研究

目的通过观察模型动物行为学表现及舌质变化,并进行量化分析,探讨高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型与中医证候学之间的联系。方法采用改良旷场实验法观察模型动物行为学变化;采用影像及图像分析技术,观察模型动物舌质变化。结果与正常组相比,模型组动物走动力较弱,两组动物对环境的适应能力没有明显差别;正常组动物舌质颜色以红色为主,模型组动物舌质颜色以暗紫、淡白为主,而舌体、形态未见明显变化。结论模型动物部分病理改变与中医理论认识有相似之处。

Symptomatology study of Chinese medicine in quail with hyperuricacidemia

Objective To discuss the relationship between quail model of hyperuricacidemia and Chinese medical symptomatology through the observation on ethology,tongue texture and the quantitative analysis.Methods The ethological changes of model were observed by using improved field test,and the changes of tongue texture were observed by using video and image techniques. Result The walking ability of quails in the model group were weaker than those in the normal group.There was no significant difference in flexibility to environment between two groups.The tongue texture of the normal group was red mainly and that of the model group was dark purple or light white mainly.There were no changes in tongue body and shape in the model group.Conclusion Some pathological changes in quail model were related to the cognition in Chinese medical theory.
