| 摘 要： | 目的研究探索婴儿氧舱在高海拔地区治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法对1999年6月至2003年6月住院的176例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行随机分组,采用常规治疗 婴儿氧舱组与常规治疗组进行对照分析。结果治疗组有效率为97.87%,对照组为71.95%,P<0.05,治疗天数亦明显缩短。结论婴儿氧舱对于高海拔地区新生儿缺氧性脑损伤有一定的修复作用。对于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗有缩短病程,减少致残率,提高治愈率的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of infant cabin on Hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathys (HIEs) at high altitude. Methods: The data of 176 infants with HIBD from our hospital between Jun 1999 and Jun 2003 were reviewed through selected two groups (the routing cabin group and the routing group). Results: The effective rate of cure in the routing cabin group and the routing group was 97.89% and 71.95% respectively (P<0.05), and the time of cure in the cabin group was shorter than that in the routing group. Conclusions: The oxygen cabin have very much function for curing the infants with HIEs at high altitude because that it can shorten proceed of treatment, reduce the rate of causing the disable and sick and increased the rate of cure. |
