摘    要:[目的]报道某荷藕加工企业发生的一起急性硫化氢中毒事故,为加强同类型企业的职业卫生监督管理提供科学依据。[方法]收集事故现场调查资料和临床抢救资料,对事故原因进行分析。[结果]荷藕下脚料储存池内硫化氢浓度超过国家卫生标准,工人作业过程中未采取防护措施,救援人员盲目施救,最终导致7人死亡,2人急性中毒。[结论]荷藕下脚料在储存过程中会产生一定量的硫化氢、甲烷等有害气体,在清理时应采取一定的防护措施,有关部门应加强对荷藕加工企业的职业卫生监督管理。
