| 摘 要： | [目的]报道某荷藕加工企业发生的一起急性硫化氢中毒事故，为加强同类型企业的职业卫生监督管理提供科学依据。[方法]收集事故现场调查资料和临床抢救资料，对事故原因进行分析。[结果]荷藕下脚料储存池内硫化氢浓度超过国家卫生标准，工人作业过程中未采取防护措施，救援人员盲目施救，最终导致7人死亡，2人急性中毒。[结论]荷藕下脚料在储存过程中会产生一定量的硫化氢、甲烷等有害气体，在清理时应采取一定的防护措施，有关部门应加强对荷藕加工企业的职业卫生监督管理。
