应用协坤等药物治疗无排卵性不孕病人疗效观察

目的 探讨协坤等药物对无排卵性不孕妇女促排卵的疗效。方法 76例病人分2组，联合用药组口服克罗米酚加协坤、阿司匹林、维生素E；对照组单纯口服克罗米酚，并对2组行彩色多谱勒超声波检测。结果 联合用药组子宫内膜发育、排卵及妊娠率明显优于对照组，LUF形成率低于对照组，2组间有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 协坤、少量阿司匹林、维生素E在诱发排卵和子宫内膜发育中起一定作用。

Clinical observation of therapeutic effects of estradiol valerate etc in anovulatory infertility

Objective To explore the effects of Estradiol valerate etc in women with anovulatory infertility. Methods 76 cases were divided into two groups and received Doppler color ultrasonic examination. Combined drug treatment group was treated with Clomiphene citrate and Estradiol valerate, Aspirin and Vitamin E; Meanwhile, control group was treated with Clomiphene citrate only. Results Endometrium development and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of combined drug treatment group were better than those of control group, and LUF formation rate of combined drug treatment group was lower than that of control group, the differences between the two group were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Estradiol valerate, small dose of Aspirin and Vitamin E have certain effect in stimulating ovulation and endometirium development.
