穴位注射治疗恶性肿瘤化疗患者腹痛效果观察

目的 :观察穴位注射治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致腹痛的效果。方法 :采用随机抽样法将 1 2 0例化疗期间或化疗后 3d内出现中、重度腹痛者分为 2组。试验组用盐酸山莨菪碱、地塞米松、能量合剂双侧足三里注射 ,维生素B1 2 双侧血海穴注射 ;对照组肌内注射哌替啶。分别观察 2组在注射结束、注射后 4h、2 4h、72h、96h时的止痛效果。结果 :在注射结束和注射后 2 4h、72h、96h ,治疗组疗效均优于对照组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;注射后 4h 2组疗效差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :穴位注射是治疗化疗所致腹痛的有效方法

Clinical study of point injection in treatment of abdominal pain caused by malignant tumor chemotherapy

Aim: To study the curative effect of point injection on treatment of abdominal pain caused by malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods: 120 cases with abdominal pain during or after chemotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups. For experimental group, hydrochloride anisodamin,dexamethasone,and energy synthebiotics were injected in two sides Zusanli point, and Vitamin B 12 were injected in two sides Xuehai point. For control group, pethidine were injected intramuscularly.Anodynia effect was observed with VRS method,and the resuts were examined with Chi isquare test.Results:There was obvious difference between the two groups after injection for 24 h, 72 h, 96 h ( P <0.01), and no obvious difference after 4 h( P >05) It showed point injection took effect more quickly and the effect lasted longer and was better than that of pethidine. Conclusion: Point injection is an effective method to treat abdominal pain caused by chemotherapy.
