| Abstract: | A case of unilateral renal oncocytoma is reported. Diagnosis, clinical features and management of the tumour are discussed in the light of international literature.The value of angionephrography in the diagnosis of the tumour and in the preoperative planning of surgical therapy is emphasized. |
