粘合剂和润湿剂对痢特敏片颗粒可压性的影响

摘    要:测定了5%、10%淀粉浆制粒(A)、(B),70%、80%、85%乙醇制粒(C)、(D)、(E)的中药痢特敏片的干颗粒的下冲力、片剂硬度、最大模壁力、残余模壁力及弹性恢复率,并用下冲力与硬度、最大模壁、残余模壁力及弹性恢复率作图,比较了它们的可压性。结果表明,可压性A、B〉C〉D〉E。

Abstract:The under punch force of tablet hardness, maximum die wall force, residual die wall force and elastic recovery rate of dry granules of Litemin Tablet prepared with 5% and 10% of starch paste granulating (A and B), 70%, 80% and 85% of alcohol granulating (C, D and E), respectively, have been determined. After the graphs of under punch force to hardness, maximum die wall force, residual die wall force and elastic recovery rate were established the compressibility of several Liteming Tablet were compared. The result indicated that the compressibility of A and B were the largest and that of C was larger than that of D and E, and that of E was the least.
