不同炮制方法对槟榔中槟榔总碱含量的影响

摘    要:经对不批原药材采用不同炮制方法加工制成的槟榔饮片含量测定表明,按现行的传统方法浸润处理加工,使槟榔碱损失高达25%以上,采用冷压浸渍法可使槟榔碱保留率达90%以上,而将原药材直接打碎成颗粒饮片,更能使槟榔碱完全保留。

Abstract:The contents of total alkaloid in prepared Semen Arecae (originated from the same crude medical material) by different methods have been determined. It was found that the arecoline lost over 25% when precessed in traditional method, and the retention rate of arecoline was over 90% when it was processed by cold presseure maceration method. The arecline would completely retained when it was powdered into granules, then processed.
