| 摘 要： | 研究消瘀片治疗颈动脉粥样硬化临床疗效。方法：采用彩色普勒超声技术，观察口服消瘀片４８周后对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。结果消消瘀片可使软斑和不均匀斑的斑块面积明显缩小；脂质代谢和颈动脉血流参数明显改善。结论：其疗效明显优化对照药山楂精降胆片治疗组。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical effect of Xiaoyu Tablet on carotid atherosclerosis. Methods: Applying the color doppler ultrasound technique to examine the effects of Xiaoyu tablet on treatment of carotid atherosclerosis after patients took Xiaoyu tablet for 48 weeks. Results: Areas of soft and heterogeneous plaques obviously reduce and blood flow parameters of carotid artery were obviously improved as well. Conclusion: These results suggested that Xiaoyu tablet have certain effects on reduction and regression of atherosclerotic plaques,and the effect of Xiaoyu tablet be better than that of Gastrodin lipid reducing tablet. |
