金艾康合并化学药物治疗肿瘤临床疗效观察

目的：探讨金艾康（汉防己甲素片）合用化学药物治疗肿瘤的临床增效作用。方法：通过比较治疗组与对照组（金艾康合并化学药物者为治疗组，单用化学药物为对照组，每组各为３０例）的总缓解率与毒副反应来评价金艾康对化疗药物的增效作用。结果：治疗组与对照组的总缓解率分别为８０％与６６．７％，其中部分毒副反应，如消化道反应与肢端麻木症状等，治疗组明显低于对照组。结论：金艾康具有对化学药物治疗肿瘤增效作用，其作用要理

The Observation of Clinical Effectiveness of Jinake (Tetrandrine Tablets) Combing with Chemical Drugs in Treating Cancers

Objective:To study the clinical synergic effect of Jinak (Tetrandrine tablets) in combination with chemical drugs in treating cancers. Methods: The total remission rate and toxicity and side effects in two groups (being treated by Jinake combine with chemical drugs called treating group, being treated by chemical drugs only called control group, every group was composed of 30 patients) were compared, by this method we had evaluated the synergic effect of Jinake combining with chemical drugs in treating cancers. Results: The total remission rate of treating group and control group are 80% and 66.7% respectively. Some toxicity and side effects such as gastrointestinal tract reaction and numbness of the extremities of the treating group are lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: Jinake has the synergic effect to combine with chemical drugs in treating cancer such as malignant lymphadenoma, the effect mechanism is to reverse probably MDR, and it can reduce the toxicity and side effects of chemical drugs in treating cancers.
