摘    要:目的:测定首乌丸(片)中补骨脂素和异补骨批素成分。方法:采用超临界流体萃取9SFE0技术对首乌片(丸)进行前处理,SFE的条件是5%苯甲基聚硅氧烷FID探测器,蒽作为内标物。以毛细管气相色谱(CGC)测定首乌片中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结果:平均回收率:补骨脂素为97.65%,异补骨脂素为99.53%。结论:方法快速可靠、准确灵敏。

Abstract:Objective: To determine psoralen and isopsoralen in Shon Wu Wan (Pian). Methods: The off line coupling of SFE and CGC has been established for quantitative analysis of major components in Shou Wu Pian. Samples prepared by SFE were analyzed upon following condition: crosslinked 5% Phenyl Methyl Silicone as stationary phase; FID detector; anthracene as internal standard. Results: The average of recoveries of psoralen and isopsoralen are 97.65% and 99.58%, respectively. Conclusion: SFE as an alternative technique for sample preparation will be most useful in the quality control of Chinese patent medicine.
