摘    要:目的:研究用大孔吸附树脂分离赤芍总甙。方法:赤芍以70%的乙醇回流提取、减压浓缩,过大孔吸附树脂柱,分别用水、20%乙醇洗掊,收集20%乙醇洗脱液,减压浓缩得赤芍总甙。结果:收率为5.4%,其中芍药甙的含量占赤芍总甙的75%。结论:得率高且稳定可控。

Abstract:Objective: To study the separation of total saponin of Paeonia by macro absorption resin.Methods: The root of paeonia lactiflora Pall or Paeonia veilchii Lynch are extracted with 70% ethanol under reflux, concentracted under reduced pressure, eluated on macro reticular absorption resin column using water and 20% ethanol as eluation, respectively, then the 20% ethanol eluation was collacted and concentrated under reduced pressure.Results: The yield was 5.4%, the paeoniflorin content in 75% of total saponin of Paeonia.Conclusion: By the method, extraction rate is high, and process is stable and controllable.
