| 摘 要： | 建立海马巴戟丸中淫羊藿甙的测定方法。方法：采用固相萃与高效液相色谱法结合的分析技术，样品供试液用Ｓｅｐ－ＰａｋＣ１８微柱制备。结果平均回收率为９９．７％，ＲＳＤ为１．７％，结论本法简便，高效，分析结果准确，可靠，可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of icariin in the Chinese Patent medicine Haimabajiwan. Method:Using the technique of HPLC combined with Solid Phase Extraction (SPE). The testing solution of sample was prepared with Sep Pak C 18 cartridge.Results:The average recovery was 99.7%(n=5),RSD=1.7%.Conclusion: This method was simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and relible. This method could be used to control the quality of Haimabajiwan. |
