| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸壁挤压法在NICU机械通气新生儿排痰护理中的应用及效果。方法：将101例人住NICU病房需机械通气排痰的新生儿按住院号的单双号，随机分为干预组51例和对照组50例。对照组采取常规排痰护理措施，干预组除采取常规排痰护理措施外，加用胸壁挤压法，并对两组新生儿排痰后的血氧饱和度上升幅度、肺部听诊情况及医院获得性肺炎、刺激性干咳、肺不张等并发症的情况进行比较。结果：干预组新生儿排痰后的血氧饱和度上升幅度、肺部听诊优良率高于对照组（P〈0．01），并发症发生情况低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：胸壁挤压法在NICU机械通气新生儿排痰护理中的应用效果较好，值得临床推广应用。
