电子病历系统及其数据集成的研究

本文介绍了基于Web Service的电子病历系统,并结合HIS系统的有关子系统,有效整合患者医疗。该系统是基于HL7标准的。电子病历系统可以帮助医生多维度、广视野地掌握患者病情,有利于医生对患者的诊断与治疗,提高医护人员工作效率,优化医院工作流程,促进医疗质量的提高。而且,最终还有利于提高患者的满意度。

Introduction of electronic patient record and data integration based on Web Service

The development of electronic patient record system and the integration of clinical data in the context of HIS are introduced in this paper. The EPR system is grounded on Web Service technology and the HL7 standard,and focuses on information of patients treated. It＇s capable to provide physicians with effective tools to diverse paperless medical records and favorable conditions for diagnosis and treatment. It also improves the work efficiency of physicians,optimizes hospital process,minimizes errors and improves quality of medical treatment. Furthermore,the satisfaction of patients can be improved because of this.
