急性脑卒中患者电刺激小脑顶核的观察与护理

目的探讨电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑卒中患者的疗效观察及护理要点。方法对180例急性脑卒中患者随机分为电刺激小脑顶核(FNS)组和常规治疗护理组,分别观察其治疗前后偏瘫侧肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)及脉搏、血压和神经系统症状情况。结果两组患者前后相比,肢体运动功能和ADL均有提高,但FNS组更明显,差异有显著性(P<0.01),且FNS组治疗前后心率、血压无明显改变。结论FNS组能明显改善急性脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能,提高ADL,安全、方便。

Observation and Nursing of acute stroke patients after Fastihial Nucleus Stimulation

Objective To observe the curative effects of fastigial nucleus stimulation(FNS) on acute stroke patients and to explore nursing essentials.Methods One hundred eighty stroke patients were randomly divided into either the FNS treating group or the normal nursing control group.The mobility of limbs and trunks on the hemiplegic side,activity of daily living(ADL),pulse,blood pressure,and symptoms of the nerve system of patients in both groups were observed before and after corresponding treatment.Results lthough limb mobility and ADL improved in both groups after treatment,the improvement in the FNS treated group was more obvious and was significant at P < 0.01 level.Furthermore,no obvious changes were observed in the pulses and blood pressures of the patients in the FNS group.Conclusion FNS could greatly improve the limb mobility and ADL of stroke patients, and it is safe and convenient too.
