| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方龙脷胶囊的急性毒性反应,为临床安全用药提供实验依据.方法：采用小鼠灌胃给药测定复方龙脷胶囊的半数致死量（LD50）和最大给药量,观察其急性毒性作用.结果：LD50未测出,小鼠最大给药量为164.76g· kg-1 ·d-1,相当于成人临床日剂量的1 176.86倍,小鼠无死亡,未见异常急性毒性反应.结论：复方龙脷胶囊经小鼠灌胃给药无明显急性毒性反应.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the acute toxicity of compound Longli capsules in order to provide experimental basis for clinical safe medication. Methods： The LDs0 and maximum dose of compound Longli capsules were tested by gavage administration in mice. The acute toxicity was observed. Results： The I,D50 was not detected. The maximum dose was 164.76 g · kg-1 · d -1 , which was e- qual to 1176.86 times of the adult clinical daily dose. There was no death in the mice during the observation, and no abnormal acute toxicity was appeared. Conclusion： Compound Longli capsules show no obvious acute toxicity by gavage administration in mice. |
