常温不停跳心内直视手术冠脉血心肌酶、SOD、GHS及LPO的变化

目的 观察常温沁脏不停跳心内直视手术与冷停跳手术患者冠脉血心肌酶、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）的变化，明确不停跳手术对心肌保护作用。方法 ３６例心内直视手术患者随机分成不停跳与冷停跳组，每组１８例。不停跳组分别于体外循环前、体外循环１５分钟、体外循环停止时、机停后３０、６０分钟采血。冷停跳组分别于体外循环前、主动脉阻断时、主动脉开放时、开放后３０、６０分钟采

Changes of coronary blood myocardial enzymes, lipid peroxides,superoxide dismutase and glutathione values with warm beating heart during open heart surgery

Objective To evaluate the protective effects of warm beating heart on myocardium during open heart surgery. Methods Thirty patients were divided randomly into warm beating group and cold cardioplegic arrest heart surgery group In the former group,blood was sampled before cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB),15 min after CPB,at the end of CPB,30 min and 60 min after weaning of CPB,while in the other group,blood was sampled before CPB,after aortic clamp and release,and 30 min and 60 min after weaning of CPB,to measure serum myocardial enzymes activities,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,lipid peroxides(LPO) and glutathione(GSH) levels Results In warm beating heart group,LDH ,CK and LPO values after CPB were significantly lower than those in the cold cardioplegic group,while SOD and GSH values were significantly higher than those in cold cardioplegic group In the warm beating group,LDH and CK activities returned to normal value 60 min after CPB Conclusion Warm beating heart during open heart surgery can lower serum LDH and CK activities and lipid peroxidation,implying better myocardial protection
