乳腺癌皮肤转移1例

患者女,46岁。胸部皮肤破溃伴瘙痒和疼痛2个月,右大腿疼痛1月余。4年前行左乳腺癌根治术,术后定期化疗。皮肤科情况:前胸部可见一3.0cm×7.0cm大小暗红色不规则溃疡,隆起,质硬,无触痛。上覆黑痂、出血和少许脓性分泌物。CEA140.10ng/mL,CA-1251029.00U/mL,CA-153163.10U/mL。右股骨正侧位和胸片示骨、肺转移。诊断:乳腺癌皮肤转移合并骨、肺转移。拒绝治疗,出院。

A Case Report about Skin Metastasis from the Breast Cancer

The patient was female,forty-six years olds.A ulceration lesion on her chest for two months acompany itching and pain.Her right thigh had been feeling pain for more than one month.She was accepted radical operation of left breast cancer four years ago,periodical chemotherapy after that. Skin lesion:a 3.0cm×7.0cm,red,irregular,protuberant,sclerotic ulceration,without tenderness. There were black crust,bleeding and a little pus on surface of the ulceration. CEA140.10ng/mL,CA-125 1 029.00U/mL,CA-153 163.10U/mL. X-rays showed cancerometastasis of bone and lung. Diagnosis:skin,bone and lung metastasis from the breast cancer. The patient reject treatment,leave our hospital.
