招远市美容师手卫生及其相关卫生知识现状调查

目的]了解美容师手卫生及其相关卫生知识、态度及行为现状。方法]2004年8月，对招远市城区全部美容店（院）中的美容师进行手相关卫生知识、态度和行为（KAP）的调查，对其手卫生状况进行采样检测。结果]调查227人，手卫生相关知识知晓率为24．23％；洗手率为20．84％，手消毒率为1．58％，洗手方法正确率为47．28％，手消毒方法均不正确；手卫生状况检测合格率为63．00％，其中细菌总数合格率为65．64％，大肠菌群合格率为86．78％，金黄色葡萄球菌合格率为99．12％。结论]招远市美容师的手污染较严重，手卫生知识水平和手清洗消毒行为正确率较低。

Investigation on Situation of Hands Hygiene of Beautician and Their Health Knowledge

Objective]To understand the situation of hands hygiene of beautician and their health knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP).Methods]To investigate the KAP of beautician from all beauty parlors in urban area of Zhaoyuan city at August,2004.Results]227 persons were investigated,the known rate of health knowledge on hands was 24.23%,hands-washing rate was 20.84%,hands-disinfecting rate was 1.58%.The correct rate of hands-washing was 47.28%,while the methods of hands-disinfecting were all incorrect.The qualified rate of hands hygiene was 63.00%,among which the qualified rates of general bacterial count, coli group, and Staphylococcus aureus were 65.64%,86.78% and 99.12% respectively.Conclusion]The hands contamination of beauticians in Zhaoyuan was serious,their health knowledge level and correct rate of hands-disinfecting were low.
