负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用价值研究

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用效果。方法2008年1月-2012年4月在我院骨伤一科住院的软组织、骨科疾病感染患者119例,均采用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,采用前后自身对照的研究方法进行临床治疗时间观察及疗效评定,并随访至少1年。结果119例患者中痊愈84例（70.59%）,显效30例（25.21%）,无效5例（4.20%）,总有效率为95.80%。所有患者均获得随访,平均随访时间（15±2.3）个月（12个月~40个月）,6例复发感染,复发率为5.04%,其余情况良好。结论负压封闭引流技术是目前最为有效的外科引流技术,可抑制细菌的生长繁殖,阻止感染的扩散和毒素吸收,加快感染创面的愈合,是一种实用有效的治疗方法。

Application value Study of vacuum sealing drainage for clinical orthopaedics

Objective To explore the application results of Vacuum Sealing Drainage （VSD）for clinical orthopaedics. Methods 119 patients Used VSD treatment,they were infected by soft tissue and orthopaedic disease and in our department from January 2008 to April 2012,self control comparison before and after treatment, clinical treatment time observation and effect evaluation were compared,and they were followed up at least 1 year. Results 84 patients were recovered （70.59%）,30 patients had obvious effect（25.21%）and 5 patients had no response（4.20%）,the total effective rate was 95.80%. All patients were followed up and the average follow-up time was （15±2.3） months（12~40 months）.During the follow-up, 6 patients had recurrence and infection, the recurrence rate was 5.04%, and the remaining are in good condition. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage technique was the most effective surgical drainage technology, could inhibit the growth of bacteria, to prevent the spread of infection and toxin absorption, promoted healing of wound infection, and was a practical and effective treatment.
