| 摘 要： | 目的观察加温输注甘露醇配合复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外涂预防静脉炎的效果。方法将90例住院静脉输注甘露醇患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组45例，试验组采用加温输注配合复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外涂，对照组输注甘露醇未采用其他干预措施。观察2组患者在应用甘露醇治疗5 d内的静脉炎发生情况。结果试验组患者静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论加温输注甘露醇配合复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外涂可预防静脉炎的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to observe the effect of heating mannitol and compound sudium aescinate gel to prevent phlebitis. Methods 90 cases of in-patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group used heating infusion and compound sudium aescinate gel,the control group was observed the phlebitis occurrence rate within 5 days in the application of mannitol without treatment. Results the phlebitis incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Heating infusion of mannitol and compound sudium aescinate gel was able to prevent the phlebitis. |
