组合型人工肾治疗维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒临床观察

目的探讨组合型人工肾治疗维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法将维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒患者62例按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各31例，观察组每周1次血液灌流器联合血液透析组合型人工肾治疗，2次普通血液透析，连续治疗4周；对照组常规血液透析，1周3次。结果2组维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒患者基线水平血磷（P3＋）、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）、皮肤瘙痒VAS评分比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05），连续治疗4周后观察组血P3＋（1.95±0.65）mmol/L、β2-MG（11.67±4.23）mg/L、皮肤瘙痒VAS评分（3.07±1.34）分，低于对照组的（2.63±0.59）mmol/L、（17.56±4.70）mg/L、（5.85±2.40）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论组合型人工肾治疗维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒可以有效降低血P3＋、β2-MG，改善皮肤瘙痒，值得临床应用。

The effect of combined artificial kidney in treating of skin pruritus of maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined artificial kidney in treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with pruritus. Methods 64 cases of maintaining hemodialysis patients with pruritus randomly, were divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases in each group, the observation group one times a week for hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis combined artificial kidney treatment,two times of hemodialysis,continuous treatment for 4 weeks;the control group conventional hemodialysis,1 week 3 times.Results maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremic pruritus baseline levels of serum P3＋,β2-MG,VAS pruritus score were no significant difference （P〉0.05）,continuous treatment of P3＋blood group after 4 weeks （1.95±0.65）mmol/L,β2-MG （11.67±4.23）mg/L, VAS pruritus score （3.07±1.34）lower than that of the control group （2.63 ±0.598）mmol/L,（17.56 ±4.70）mg/L, （5.85±2.40）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined artificial kidney treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin itching can effectively reduce the serum P3＋,β2-MG,improve skin itching,which was worthy of clinical application.
