锁骨解剖钢板与重建固定带微创治疗锁骨中段骨折

目的观察锁骨解剖钢板与重建固定带微创治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法将2009年3月—2013年3月我院收治的锁骨中段骨折患者60例随机分为A、B组各30例,A组给予解剖钢板微创治疗,B组给予重建固定带微创治疗。比较2组患者的手术时间,骨折愈合时间,骨折愈合率,术后Neer肩关节功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及并发症情况。结果 A组手术时间明显短于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组患者术后Neer评分、VAS评分均优于术前(P<0.05)。结论锁骨解剖钢板与重建固定带微创治疗锁骨中段骨折均具有较高的骨折愈合率、稳定的内固定和较低的术后感染率,但锁骨解剖钢板手术方法较简单,手术较便捷。

Clavicle strap anatomic plate and reconstruction of minimally invasive treatment of clavicle fracture

Objective To observe the effect of clavicle and reconstruction of anatomical plate fixed with minimally invasive on clavicle fractures. Methods 60 patients with clavicle fracture in our hospital From March, 2009 to March ,2013 were randomly divided into A, B group of the 30 cases. A minimally invasive treatment group were given anatomical plate, B group with minimally invasive treatment given to rebuild fixed. The operative time, healing time, fracture healing rate, postoperative Neer score and VAS score and complications in two groups were compared. Results Operative time in group A was significantly better than that in group B （P〈0.05）. Neer score and VAS score postoperative were better than preoperative for all patients （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clavicle strap anatomic plate and reconstruction of minimally invasive treatment for clavicle fractures have a high rate of fracture healing, stable internal fixation and lower postoperative infection rates. Clavicle anatomic plate surgical method is relatively simple, more convenient operation.
