沐舒坦联合复方胰酶散治疗小儿支气管肺炎43例临床观察

目的观察沐舒坦联合复方胰酶散治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法将88例住院患儿随机分为研究组43例和对照组45例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用沐舒坦静脉滴注和口服复方胰酶散。对2组患儿咳嗽咳痰缓解时间、进食改善时间和治愈出院时间进行观察比较。结果研究组患儿咳嗽咳痰缓解时间、进食改善时间和治愈出院时间均短于对照组患儿，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论沐舒坦与复方胰酶散联合应用治疗小儿支气管肺炎有协同作用，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treatment of 43 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia by Mucosolvan combined with compound pancreatin

Objective To investigate the effect of the children patients with bronchial pneumonia treated by Mucosolvan and Compound pancreatin.Methods 88 cases of in- patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group was treated by conventional therapy,the experimental group used Mucosolvan and Compound pancreatin, besides the conventional treatment. The term of cough relief, staying hospital time,the term of eating improvement and cure term were compared. Results The term of cough relief, staying hospital time,the term of eating improvement and cure term were better than those in the control group, The differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mucosolvan and Compound pancreatin had synergistic action in treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia.
