动态心电图检测诊断心肌缺血131例临床观察

目的评价动态心电图对心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法对131例受检者进行24 h动态心电图检查，记录其ST-T改变，并进行分析比较。结果131例受检者中有缺血性ST段改变者45例，占34.3%；缺血性T波改变者16例，占12.2%；陈旧性心肌梗死3例，占2.2%；心绞痛发作5例，占3.8%。29岁~49岁年龄段与60岁年龄段相比较心肌缺血发病率有显著性差异。结论动态心电图检测可以提高心肌缺血的检出率，对其治疗及预后有指导意义。

Clinical observation of the 131 cases of dynamic electrocardiogram with the myocardial ischemia

Objective The diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram with the myocardial ischemia. Methods 131 cases were given the 24h dynamic electrocardiogram inspection and record the ST-T changes, then the results were compared and analyzed. Results Ischemic ST segment changes in 45 cases, accounted for 34.3%; ischemic T wave changes in 16 cases, accounted for 12.2%, and 3 patients with old myocardial infarction, accounted for 2.2%, 5 cases of angina pectoris, accounted for 3.8%. Incidence rate of myocardial ischemia disease in the 29~49 years group was different compared with the 60 years group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram detection can improve the detection rate of myocardial ischemia, had guiding significance for the treatment and prognosis.
