影响胸部肿瘤患者手术死亡的因素分析

目的 了解胸部肿瘤患者手术死亡的影响因素，圾效的预防措施。方法 对近４年间我科５８例手术死亡患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 胸部肿瘤患者总的手术死亡率为２．１％，其中食管肿瘤为３．３％，明显高于其他部位肿瘤（Ｐ〈０．０１）Ｌ；６０岁以上患者手术死亡率为３．４％，明显高于６０岁以下患者（１．０％，Ｐ〈０．０１），并占所有手术死亡患者的７２．４％（４２／５８）；全肺切除、全胃切除及食管切除颈部吻合患者的

Influencing Factors of Operative Mortality for Patients with Thoracic Neoplasm

Objective To value factors influencing operative mortality for patients with thoracic neoplasm and find preventive methods.Methods To analyse the clinical material of 58 patients who died from operation in our department in resent 4 years. Results The total operative mortality of patients with thoracic neoplasm was 2.1%.The operative mortality of patietns with esophageal tumor was 3.3%,which was higher than that of patients with other thoracic neoplasm.The incidence in aged patients was 3.4%,which was higher than that in young and middle age patients( P <0.01).The aged patients took 72.4% of operative mortality.The operative mortality of patients with total pneumonectomy,total gastrotomy and cervical anastomosis after esophagectomy was higher than that of patients with small operative mode.Conclusion The factors influencing operative mortality were tumor location,patient's age and operative mode.Because of the old age and companied disease,the aged patients took the main part of operative motality.Selecting reasonable operative indication and mode,paying attention to surgical technique and nursing,curing postoperative complication in time may play an important role in decrease of operative mortality.
