人原发性肝细胞癌组织中Fas,FasL表型检测的意义

探讨人原发性肝细胞（ＨＣＣ）组织中Ｆａｓ、Ｆａｓ配体（ｆａｓｌｉｇａｎｄ，ＦａｓＬ）的表达水平与ＨＣＣ发生和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化（ＳＰ）法，检测３１例ＨＣＣ原发灶中Ｆａｓ、ＦａｓＬ的表达水平。结果３１例ＨＣＣ组织中有２３例（７４．２％）ＦａｓＬ表达阳性，明显高于癌旁组织，Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｆａｓ阳性表达１６例（５１．６％）与癌移和无转移的ＨＣＣ患者中，ＦａｓＬ表达和阳性率分别为８５．７％和５０

Detection and Significance of Fas Phenotype,FasL in Hepatocelluar Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression level of FasL,Fas in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and their relation with HCC development and prognosis.Methods The expression level of FasL and Fas in 31 HCC tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique(S P).Results The expression rate of FasL in 31 HCC tissues was 74.2%,different from that in control( P <0.05),Fas expression rate was 51.6% in HCC,different from that of control,but there was no statistical significance( P >0.05).In majority of non cancerous specimens,Fas expression was on the surface and in the cytoplasm,whereas in majority of HCC,Fas expression was only in the cytoplasm.Meanwhile,the expression rate of FasL in HCC with metastasis was 85.7%,markly higher than those in non metastasis;on the contrary,Fas expression rate(33.3%) in HCC with metastasis was apparently lower than those( 90.0% ) in non metastasis( P <0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas,FasL in HCC may play an important role in develpment and prognosis of HCC.
