p16和Rb蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义

目的 探讨胃癌组织中ｐ１６和Ｒｂ蛋白表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测了４０例胃癌组织中ｐ１６和Ｒｂ蛋白的表达。结果 在胃癌组织中，ｐ１６和Ｂｂ蛋白表达阳性率分别为３５．０％（１４／４０）和７２．５％（２９／４０），ｐ１６蛋白阳性胃癌的Ｒｂ蛋白阳性率明显低于ｐ１６蛋白在中中的表达类型、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 ｐ１６和Ｒｂ蛋白在胃癌中的表达下降与肿瘤的进展密切相关，ｐ１６蛋白

Expression and Significance of p16 and Rb Protein in Gastric Carcinomas

Objective In order to explore the inter relationship of p16 and Rb protein to each other as well as to clinicopathological parameters in gastric carcinomas.Methods The expression of p16 and Rb protein in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemical method.Results The total positive rate of p16 and Rb protein was 35.0%(14/40) and 72.5%(29/40),respectively in gastric carcinomas.The positive rate of Rb protein was significantly lower in p16 protein positive tumors than in p16 protein negative ones( P <0.01).The expression of p16 protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly correlated with histological type,invasion depth,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage,while the expression of Rb protein was correlated with histological type and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The reduced expression of p16 and Rb protein in gastric carcinomas relates to the progression of tumors,and that there are a significantly inverse relation between the expressions of p16 and Rb protein.
