利骨素对去卵巢大鼠矿物骨元素代谢的影响

摘    要:用测定骨元素含量的方法,分析利骨素(LIGUSU)对去卵巢大鼠骨元素代谢的影响。将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠24只,用抽签法随机分成4组:正常对照组;假去卵巢组;去卵巢组;去卵巢+LIGUSU组。去卵巢+LIGUSU组大鼠于去卵巢手术后第2天开始给予LIGUSU混悬液灌胃,3.0 ml/(kg.BW),1次/d,持续11周。结果表明,去卵巢大鼠骨Ca、Mg、Zn、S、Co、Mn等元素含量降低,骨P含量增加,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。LIGUSU可使去卵巢大鼠降低的骨Ca、Mg、Zn、S、Co、Mn等元素含量回升,骨P含量回降,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示LIGUSU可纠正去卵巢大鼠的骨元素代谢紊乱。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of LIGUSU on bone mineral element metabolism in ovariectomized rats.Methods:24 female Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were divided randomly into 4 groups:①normal control;②sham ovariectomy;③ovariectomy(OVX);④OVX+LIGUSU.The rats in the 4th group treated with LIGUSU from the next day after operation for 11 weeks.Rats in the 3rd group were given equal volume of normal saline with the same method and process as in the 4th group.After the termination of treatment,all rats were deeply anesthetized and bled by cardiac puncture.Results:Ca,Mg,Zn,S,Co,Mn reduce and P increases in the bone of the 3rd group rats(P<0.05).Ca,Mg,Zn,S,Co,Mn increase and P reduce in the bone of the 4th group rats compared with the 3rd group(P<0.05).Conclusions:LIGUSU opposes the changes of Ca,S,Mg,Zn,Co,Mn and P in the bone of the OVX rats.
